WELCOME OFFICE

The Welcome Office provides information for foreign teachers and students and supports them, along with visiting Italians and those studying at the University, with finding accommodation in Parma.

The service also provides information and support for teachers and foreign students with regards to their arrival in Italy and their stay here in Parma. The Welcome Office also helps with issues regarding healthcare, residence permit, visa, emergency numbers, scholarship and canteens.

VETRINA ALLOGGI  

Search for accommodation in Vetrina Alloggi (our website that is designed to help you find accommodation).

Ask for accommodation in the apartments of the University of Parma. The University has three apartments. There are 12 beds in total in double rooms at arranged prices: the first apartment and the second are in downtown area (Borgo Felino 7) and the third one is in campus area (via Sbravati 4). This type of accommodation is for teaching staff, students, trainees, post-doctoral researchers, scientists and other guests of the University of Parma. In order to get a place in the apartments or to ask for some more information about it you must send an e-mail to welcome@unipr.it

RENTAL GUIDE:

The Revenue Agency, in collaboration with the Financial Guards, the Emilia-Romagna Region and Er.go has created a specific rental guide with the aim of offering concrete help to those who need to register the rental contract.

In simple and understandable language, the “Rental Guide” provides property owners and tenants (in particular “off site" students) with a complete picture of rentals: from the various possibilities for signing up to a regular contract in terms of the law to the advantages that registration entails.
