Welcome Tour for guest of the University of Parma

The Centro Accoglienza e Inclusione (C.A.I) of the University of Parma offers its guests, whether students, lecturers or researchers, the opportunity to get to know the gastronomic treasures of Parma through a culinary tour through the city's historic centre.

Tour Welcome was designed by Francisco Fantini, a collaborator of the C.A.I. Welcome Service. During this gastronomic tour, Fantini explains how Parma's past, present and future are intertwined with its rich food culture.
